Overall, I was very pleased. The lanterns are beautiful, a great value for the price, and were packed well for shipping.

I would like to compliment your customer service department ... The lanterns are being used at the reception for my daughter's wedding in September... so before ordering, I called to see if the lanterns were in stock and to verify the approximate shipping date ... I was assured by your very polite customer service rep that they were in stock and would ship out as stated on the web-site ... then, she went a step further to let me know that the lanterns were advertised as WHITE, but were more of an off white. The extra step she took to tell me about the product, allowed me to make an informed decision and avoid a potential "disaster". They were exactly as she described ... it was greatly appreciated and she should be commented.

I would definitely order from your company again and recommend you to my friends.
