Return Policy: All of our products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects. Due to the delicate nature of many of our products, we cannot guarantee against breakage after the product is delivered. Electrical and mechanical products are subject to manufacturer's warranty. You must contact us by using the Return Authorization Request form below to make arrangements for any returns or refunds within 30 days from the date of your order.
Please do not simply return the merchandise or you will void any and all return rights.
We will provide instructions to you via email on how to return your order, when and where.
All products returned, for other than shipping damages or product defects, must be returned within thirty (30) days and will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges.
All items must be new, in original packaging and suitable for resale.
